The Mountain Independent Hospital Alliance (MIHA) is a collaborative membership vehicle benefitting its members through collective cost savings, revenue enhancement, education and networking.

 

 

MIHA Vision

To be the most valued collaboration of health systems. MIHA provides peer group networking and sharing of best practices throughout the full spectrum of the health care organization; clinical, financial and support services. MIHA facilitates joint education leading to best practices.

 

 

MIHA Governance

Mountain Independent Hospital Alliance Board of Directors oversee performance, strategy and governance. Each director holds the position of Chief Executive Officer, President or Chief Financial Officer of the member organization. The management of MIHA is under the direction of the President/Executive Director. The President/Executive Director oversees the daily operations and is in charge of coordinating, facilitating and implementing strategic initiatives.
